Do you have my product in stock?

On each individual product page there is a stock level indicator to show what is available. We do not display out of stock items. If you have seen something on our site and can no longer find it, or have ordered the item in the past, it’s always worth a phone call to find out when new stock will be arriving.

Do you deliver the Next Day?

Depending on your location, our normal shipping period is 1–7 days after your order is verified. In order to guarantee that your item is delivered to you on schedule, we also have a fleet of delivery cars. Our delivery team will notify you by phone or message one hour before to their arrival at the designated location.

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

Please make sure to include your phone number and email address when placing your order, as this will allow us to contact you as soon as your order has been dispatched. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your goods are dispatched.
Also, a link to our website will be sent to you, enabling you to follow the progress of your shipment.

My goods arrived damaged, what should I do?

We regret learning that the goods you ordered were not received in the expected condition. Should you receive damaged goods—which is extremely unlikely—please get in touch with us and let us know. Despite the fact that every item we ship is thoroughly inspected by our qualified technicians, mishaps do happen, so anything could still happen while it’s in transit. It would be best if you could email us the photos of the damages and the specifics of your order, such as the order number. Following transmission of this, you are welcome to call us so that we can make arrangements for the item’s collection and expedite the delivery of a replacement.

There is an item missing from my order.

Please feel free to call us so that we can look into any missing items that you may have been expecting to arrive with the rest of your order. We will investigate this right away and let you know if it turns out that the items were sent separately. Another reason why an item might be missing is that it might be out of stock. In this case, we would have made an effort to get in touch with you to inform you. If we emailed you to let you know that you missed our call, you can also check your inbox. Our goal is to have this resolved as soon as possible.

What warranty do I get with my order?

We provide a minimum of two years of technical repair warranty with all of our products. If you register your purchase on their website, many of our manufacturers will give you an extended warranty.
