Renco Industrial is referred to as the "Company" (also called "We," "Us," or "Our" in this Agreement).
Machines, plants, and other objects for sale on this website (https://rencoindustrial.co.za) are referred to as goods.
Orders are your requests to buy products from Us.
Renco Industrial is referred to as service.
The website, https://rencoindustrial.co.za/, is linked to Renco Industrial.
You refer to the person using the service or accessing it, or, if applicable, the business or other legal entity acting on that person's behalf.
Right to Cancel an Order
Within thirty days, you have the right to cancel your order without providing a reason.
You have thirty days from the day you receive the products or from the date a third party you designate—one who is not the carrier—takes possession of the delivered product to cancel an order.
To utilize your cancellation right, you have to send us a clear declaration stating your decision. You can notify us of your choice by:

Within 14 days after the day we receive the returned items, we will compensate you. We will reimburse you using the same payment method that you used to place the order, and there won't be any costs associated with it.
Conditions for Returns: Please ensure the following in order for the products to be eligible for a return:
The products were bought within the last 30 days.
Everything is still in its original packing.
The following products are not returnable:
the provision of commodities including electrical equipment parts, including replacement electrical parts.
the provision of items that were opened after delivery and are not appropriate for return for hygienic or health concerns.
In our sole discretion, we have the right to deny returns of any goods that does not comply with the aforementioned return requirements.
Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sadly, there are no refunds for items that are on sale. If this exclusion is prohibited by applicable legislation, it might not apply to you.
Returning Items;
The danger and expense of returning the goods to Renco Industrial are our responsibility, and you won't incur any further fees.
You have three options if the products are returned to us in excellent condition: you can choose to earn store credit that can be used to buy more products from Renco Industrial, get a refund, or exchange the items you originally bought.
